The Trekvogelpad, officially known as the 'Grote Rivierenpad,' is a breathtaking walking and cycling route stretching from Bergen aan Zee to Enschede. The route follows the natural migratory paths of birds and provides cyclists with a unique opportunity to explore the varied landscapes of the Netherlands. From dunes and polders to forests and rivers, every kilometer offers a new adventure.

Linear Cycling Holiday
Most of our cycling holidays are round trips where you return to the starting point. However, this trip ends at a different location. You will need to make your own way home or back to the starting point. Tip: Take advantage of our convenient bike pick-up and drop-off service: our courier collects your bike from your home before departure and returns it after your holiday. The cost is €75.00 per bike

Confirmation and start package

This cycling vacation is available on request and subject to availability. You will receive a preliminary confirmation immediately and a final confirmation within 2 business days which will include the hotel layout. Before the start of your trip you will receive by mail the start package. You can park your car (after) at the start hotel. After the last night you will cycle back to the starting hotel.

Resort Bad Boekelo ****| Enschede
In the middle of Twente in the vicinity of Enschede, you will find the most complete hotel in the Netherlands.As a guest you may freely use the swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. For a fee you can use the bowling alley or enjoy a treatment in the wellness center. In the attractive Restaurant Moods you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel rooms are located on the ground or 1st floor and all have a terrace or balcony. Also, all rooms have a sitting area, TV and bathroom with toilet and bath or shower. The hotel rooms on the 1st floor are not accessible by elevator. The hotel has free parking facilities.

Hotel Bakker *** | Vorden
This cosy family hotel is located in the centre of Vorden. Hotel Bakker is a special, extremely hospitable hotel. Vorden is known as the castle village between De Veluwe and De Achterhoek, which you will definitely discover during your stay. Each morning you will enjoy a delicious fresh breakfast and in the evening our chef prepares a 3-course dinner for you.
