During this cycling holiday, you will ride through the Kroondomein Het Loo. Visit the gardens of Paleis Het Loo and Kasteel Cannenburch. The route also takes you along the Veluwemeer through Harderwijk and Elburg.

With a bit of luck, you might come face to face with one of the Dutch Big Five: a red deer, wild boar, roe deer, fox, or Scottish Highlander. Visit a wildlife arena, where animals often graze, to increase your chances of seeing one of these animals.

Paleis Het Loo
This palace, located on the outskirts of Apeldoorn, was inhabited by the royal family until 1975. Since 1984, it has been a national museum, featuring exhibitions and events.

Nunspeet
This traditional village lies on the edge of the Veluwe. Here, you can visit the Noord-Veluws Museum and the Veluwe visitor center.

Hanseatic City Harderwijk
Harderwijk has over 100 monuments, charming streets, and lively squares. The city walls are a reminder of when Harderwijk was located on the Zuiderzee.

Hanseatic City Elburg
Elburg is a fortified town surrounded by city moats and defensive walls. Its medieval character makes it the perfect spot for a break on a terrace.

Kasteel and Park Cannenburch
This medieval castle is located in a beautiful park with meadows and ponds. You can explore the castle, its outbuildings, and the park with an audio tour.

Wildlife Park and Museum Aardhuis
The Aardhuis, built in 1861 as a hunting lodge for King Willem III, is located on one of the highest points of the Veluwe. Here, you will also find the Echoput, created by Louis Napoleon.

This cycling holiday is available on request and subject to availability. You will receive an immediate provisional confirmation and a final confirmation within two working days, including the hotel allocation. Before your trip starts, you will receive your welcome package by post. You can park your car at or near the starting hotel. After your last overnight stay, you will cycle back to the starting hotel.
